At Staetsgeheim, a boutique personal training gym in the Westerpark neighborhood of Amsterdam, my private Pilates sessions take place in a calm, fully equipped studio. You’ll work one-on-one with an experienced teacher in a quiet space, free from distractions.

We use high-quality Balanced Body apparatus to support a diverse and effective practice, including:
